All orders are shipped via Australia post and are provided with a tracking number. Shipping rates may vary on postcodes.

Domestic Shipping Guidelines:

Regular Shipping - $7.00 - $15.00 AUD
Delivery: 7-10 business days (Metro areas)
Express Shipping - $15.00 - $20.00 AUD
Delivery: 3-5 business days (Metro areas)

International Shipping Guidelines:

Regular Shipping - $15.00  - $25.00 AUD
Delivery: 15+ Business Days
Express Shipping - $20.00 - $30.00 AUD
Delivery: 10-15 Business days

NOTE: All international customers are responsible for their own customs and taxes.

Order Pick-up:

If you would like to collect your order from our Burleigh Heads HQ please contact us at hello@wildheartjewellery.com to arrange a time.

Orders collected from our HQ, will be charged a flat-rate $6.00 package and handling fee.

Free Shipping:

We hold free shipping days across the site. Sign up to our newsletter here to keep up to date with promotions.

PACKAGING

Our packaging is kept minimal to lessen our carbon footprint. We use environmentally friendly products where we can.  We use recycled paper shipping bags with an internal layer of padding to protect your jewels as well as our soft cotton bags.

We offer gift wrapping upon request - Please email hello@wildheartjewellery.com once you have placed your order.

PRE-ORDER:

Pre-order items take between 3-6 weeks for delivery. Each item will have an individual approximate delivery date in the listing.

Afterpay is not available for Pre-order items.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Refunds: We only offer refunds on faulty or defective items. Please view our warranty policy below.

Our products are quality controlled before they are shipped and are often made to order, therefore your item will need to be examined by our team before a refund is issued.

We do not offer returns or refunds on sale items. All sales on sale items are final.

Exchanges:

We offer a 15 day exchange policy for unused and undamaged products “excluding sale items” If you change your mind simply email us at hello@wildheartjewellery.com with your order number, contact information to obtain exchange authorisation from our team. Please Note: Exchanges are at our discretion and must be returned with 15 days after purchase date. Your new jewels will be shipped once exchange items are received and confirmed by our team. The customer is responsible for costs incurred shipping products for exchange back to Wild Heart Jewellery.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items. All sales on sale items are final.

Returns + Refunds via Afterpay:

If you purchased your item through Afterpay please contact our admin team at hello@wildheartjewellery.com with your order number and contact information to request a return. Your return will be processed through Afterpay directly. 

Repairs:

We offer repairs on items depending on what has happened to your piece.

A guideline for repairs:

  • If a stone has fallen out, and has not been lost
  • If a stone is loose in the setting
  • Broken jump rings

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your request to be processed.

These terms do not apply to any Wild Heart Jewellery products purchased from other stockists. Please contact the store directly.

WARRANTY

We offer a 3 month limited warranty for defects in materials or manufacturing defects on jewellery items. We will at 'Wild Hearts' discretion, repair or replace jewellery proven by our jewellers to be defective within 3 months of the date of purchase. Please email our admin team at hello@wildheartjewellery.com

Exclusions: The above warranty does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks or the gradual degradation of the products due to; normal wear and tear (Including tarnishing), careless handling, improper use, alteration or substitution. Tarnishing occurs naturally over time and therefore is not covered by this warranty against defects. View our care guidelines below.

All of our jewellery is 100% Nickel Free!

.925 Sterling silver

Our sterling silver is perfect for everyday wear in and out of the water. It will not tarnish but to ensure it keeps its shine follow the below easy steps.

  1. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals like chlorine, perfumes or sprays.
  2. Avoid bumping or scratching on hard surfaces.
  3. Keep your pieces clean with a jewellery cleaning cloth.
  4. Keep your jewels tangle and scratch free by hanging your chains and storing your pieces in a jewellery box or our cotton WHJ bags.

Each piece is made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% of other metals, often and commonly alloy.

14K Gold + Rose Gold Plated

Our Micron plated pieces are firstly constructed from .925 Sterling Silver and then covered with a thick layer of either Gold or Rose Gold plating.

These pieces will tarnish over-time but their longevity depends on their care.

  1.  Avoid bumping or scratching on hard surfaces.
  2. Remove jewellery when swimming or showering. We also recommend removing your jewellery when exercising as sweat and natural body toxins can affect the plating.
  3. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as chlorine, perfumes, sprays, tanner and oils.
  4. Gently clean your pieces with a soft cotton cloth and a tiny drop of warm water. Do not clean with a jewellery cloth or liquid cleaner as this may affect the plating.
  5. Keep your jewels tangle and scratch free by hanging your chains and storing your pieces in a jewellery box or our cotton WHJ bags.

14k Gold Fill

Is a high quality, thick layer of solid gold mechanically bonded to sterling silver.

Our 14k Gold Fill chains will not tarnish but we recommend the below steps to ensure longevity.

  1. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals like chlorine, perfumes or sprays.
  2. Avoid bumping or scratching on hard surfaces.
  3. Keep your pieces clean with a jewellery cleaning cloth.
  4. Keep your jewels tangle and scratch free by hanging your chains and storing your pieces in a jewellery box or our cotton WHJ bags.

Physical: Physical gift cards can be purchased online or at our market stall at The Village Markets. They are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Available for $20 - $200 value.

E-Gift Cards: Can be purchased online here. Valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Available for $10 - $200 value.

No refunds, exchanges or returns are offered for products purchased with a gift card.

PROMOTIONS + DISCOUNT CODES + SALES

Discount Codes: Codes are applicable to selected products and collections and are limited to a 1 time use per customer. Codes are not to be used in conjunction to any other offer and are only available for online purchases.

Sales: Sales are on selected categories and products and are marked down is AUD dollar value. All sales and prices are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items.
